How can we convert an existing parking facility into a vibrant hotel, serving as a focal point for locals and travellers?

Boutique hotels in central locations play a central role in the Soft City initiative, which aims to make cities more sustainable, inclusive, and pleasant to live in. By providing strategically located accommodations in the heart of residential areas and city centres, they promote sustainable tourism and offer travellers authentic and environmentally friendly experiences. Moreover, they can invigorate local neighbourhoods by attracting visitors and thus fostering exchange between residents and travellers. The urban hotel Le Garage, set in a former elevated parking structure, disrupts the concept of proximity hotels by offering a sustainable and environmentally friendly experience while preserving the location's identity.
