Situated facing Lake Geneva in France, this 82 m²
apartment is undergoing a renovation that blends modern  
aesthetics with a commitment to preserving authenticity.

The project showcases a dedication to sustainability and harmony with the surroundings by using carefully selected natural materials. Meticulous attention has been paid to respecting the initial state of the building, ensuring a subtle integration of modern elements while
preserving the traditional charm of the space.

The design proposal also includes the creation of a new master bedroom, the removal of walls to create an open-plan living area integrating the kitchen, and the renovation of the bathroom.
