This project was designed at Snøhetta, Paris

The design integrates architecture and landscape to create a rich visitor experience, from a landscaped parking area and reconfigured marina to a gradual ascent offering views of the bar, pool, and sea.

Visitors enjoy a journey through a tropical garden, private suites with exclusive access, and a diverse range of settings from open sea views to the mystery of the Fort. The project draws on traditional Caribbean architecture, using lightweight roofs, local materials like red wood and basalt, and blending indoor and outdoor spaces.

The redevelopment of marina facilities and parking enhances site access, with public spaces like the reception and restaurant offering panoramic sea views and private areas like the spa and suites nestled in the garden.
